What we collect

When you send an inquiry we collect what you enter (name, email, business, website, phone if given, and your project details) plus how you reached us (the page, referring site, and any campaign tags in the link, like utm_source). We use this only to reply to you and to understand which of our pages and ads lead to inquiries.

Analytics and advertising

We use analytics to understand how people use the site. Advertising cookies (for example Google Ads or Meta) are only set if you choose “Accept.” If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies and sharing.

You can change your choice any time with “Your privacy choices” in the footer.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business: our website host, our CRM, our email provider, and, only with your consent, advertising platforms for measuring ads. We don’t sell your information.

California residents

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, ask us to correct it, and opt out of sharing for cross-context advertising. Email webko.info@gmail.com. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.

Retention

Inquiries that don’t become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.
