Halden Plumbing Co.. Residential plumber, two vans, on call nights · Eagle Rock, Glendale & Pasadena
A plumbing site that turns an 11pm burst pipe into a booked visit.
Concept buildHalden Plumbing Co. is a fictional business. Here’s what we’d build for a business like yours.
The problem · sound familiar?
Our number was buried under a slideshow.
Someone with water on the kitchen floor had to scroll past three photos to find our number. Every job we do was crammed into one paragraph. Quote requests landed in an inbox we only open after the last job of the day.
What we’d build
A site that works like the side of the van.
The phone number comes first and a call bar stays on screen, with hours and the after-hours rate right beside it. Each job people search for gets its own page with a starting price. Quotes take three steps and start with a photo, and every request is texted to the on-call plumber the moment it is sent.
Designed to
- Keep the phone number and tonight’s rate one tap away on every screen
- Let customers show the problem with a photo before anyone drives out
- Answer every quote request right away with an arrival window, even when both vans are out
Creative direction
Where the look comes from.
The look comes off the side of the van and the work-order pad: navy paint, a hi-vis amber stripe, stencil numbers and carbon-copy tickets. Technical pipe drawings stand in for photos, so the site looks like the trade itself, not a stock idea of it.

VoiceTalks like a good dispatcher: what it costs, when we get there, and what to do until we do.
Up close
Three details that do the work.
01
A quote that starts with a photo
Three short steps: a photo of the problem, the address, a time. The plumber sees the leak before choosing which parts to load.
02
One request, two texts
Each quote request goes straight to the on-call plumber’s phone. The customer gets an instant text back with an arrival window.
03
After-hours rates, said plainly
The night and Sunday call-out sits right next to the phone number. Nobody has to call just to find out what a midnight visit costs.
