Sweet Pea Dispatch. Florist with same-day delivery · Atwater Village, Los Angeles
A florist brand and one‑page shop that turns DMs into same-day orders.
Concept buildSweet Pea Dispatch is a fictional business. Here’s what we’d build for a business like yours.
The problem · sound familiar?
Orders came in by DM, then turned into phone tag.
Most of our orders start in DMs and end in phone tag. People ask what we have today and whether it is too late for delivery. Our shop looks like every other florist, and nothing online shows today’s flowers.
What we’d build
A dispatch-room identity and a one-page flower shop.
We built the brand around the delivery run: a wordmark, a round dispatch stamp, and labels for wraps, boxes and card tags. Sweet peas drawn as line art keep it romantic. The one-page site shows today’s bouquets with prices, the 2 pm same-day cutoff, the five delivery zones, a weekly subscription and an events inquiry.
Designed to
- Answer what is fresh today and the delivery cutoff before anyone sends a DM
- Make every wrap, box and card tag that leaves the shop look like one florist
- Move regulars from DM threads to a weekly order they manage themselves
Creative direction
Where the look comes from.
The look comes from a shipping room: rubber stamps, route numbers, labels and tear-off tickets, printed in aubergine and stamp rose on blush paper. Sweet peas drawn in line art climb over all of it, so the freight never feels cold.

VoiceShort and sure like a dispatch ticket, warm like a card tag: what is fresh today, where it is going, and by when.
Up close
Three details that do the work.
01
An identity built like a shipping room
A wordmark, a round dispatch stamp and a label system for wraps, boxes and card tags. Every order leaves the shop looking like the same florist.
02
The 2 pm cutoff, before anyone has to ask
The order-by time, the five delivery zones and their windows sit at the top of the page. After 2 pm it points to the next morning’s route.
03
A weekly subscription regulars set up themselves
Pick a size, a day and a zone, then pay online. Skips and pauses happen by text, not in a DM thread.
